Here’s what our customers have to say about living at Waverley Parks.
Couple won over by Waverley Parks' winning views
WHEN home buyers Richard and Mark started looking for their dream block, they knew they wanted a scenic view and close proximity to transport and amenities.
After a short search, the couple found their ideal 650sqm level block at Devine’s Waverley Parks at Willowvale. Surrounded by rolling green hills and bushland, the community feels a world away from the city. However, it’s conveniently located a short distance between Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
“We can just jump on the motorway and be in Brisbane, where Mark works, within half an hour. Waverley Parks is also only half an hour drive south to Burleigh Heads where I work,” said Richard.
“My parents also live nearby in Runaway Bay. It’s perfect.”
Richard, a manager, and Mark, a fraud investigator, built a home on their new block and moved into Waverley Parks at the end of April.
“We love it, it’s really good here,” Richard said. “It’s quiet, we have an outlook over the hills and there’s a nice breeze. Sometimes we even see kangaroos hopping around in the bushland nearby.”
Upon completion, the stunning Waverley Parks community will feature upon 387 residential lots, with a mixture of detached housing, terraces and villas.
Access to transport is easy. The Pacific Motorway is a kilometre away, the Coomera Railway Station 7km away, the Ormeau railway Station 6m away, and the planned Pimpama station even closer.
Shopping and recreational facilities are just a short drive, with the Westfield Helensvale Shopping Centre nearby and the Gainsborough Golf Course only five kilometres away.
Nearby schools include Pimpama Primary School, Ormeau Primary School, Coomera Anglican College, Upper Coomera State College, Saint Stephen’s College and Livingstone Christian College.
The Waverley Park display homes are open from Saturday to Wednesday, 10am to 5pm at Dunraven Drive, Willow Vale (UBD Map: 326, E8).
